By using CarFix.am you agree to these Terms. CarFix.am is a marketplace connecting customers with independent body shops; we are not a party to repair contracts between users and providers.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
AI assessments
Damage assessments and price estimates are AI-generated and informational. Final pricing and repair decisions rest with the provider and customer.
Bookings & cancellations
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. After that, cancellation policies are set by each provider.
Acceptable use
You may not upload illegal, abusive, or copyrighted content; attempt to scrape or reverse-engineer the service; or impersonate others.
Liability
CarFix.am is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 12 months.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
